in this section there are articles about various challenges that i set up for myself, try them out, fail or succeed and share the experience.

i find challenges to be an exciting way of altering the everyday routine: testing own boundaries of mind and body, discovering new patterns of reacting to different kinds of stress and learning new lessons. for me personally this is like a spaceship that brings me to unexplored places of my mind and shows the endless interesting universe of the human mind.
